Data is used to authenticate users, apply organisation permissions, store and render floorplans, support collaboration, deliver requested emails, and maintain the security and operation of the service.

Service providers and locations

Floorplan by Toddoo relies on hosting, database, authentication, storage, monitoring, and email-delivery services. The exact services, processing locations, and contractual safeguards can depend on the active environment and the agreement with your organisation.

Cookies and local preferences

The application uses browser storage and cookies where needed for sessions, security, and user preferences such as the selected theme. Blocking essential session storage can prevent sign-in or other authenticated features from working.

Retention, access, and deletion

Retention and deletion periods depend on the type of data, operational requirements, applicable law, and any agreement with the organisation that controls the workspace. Requests concerning access, correction, export, or deletion should be made through that organisation or through Toddoo's official contact channel.
